For payments by Satispay and by bank transfer in advance, contact us by email BEFORE checking out.
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process. Shipping takes place the day after receipt of payment by express courier and is always INSURED.
Right of withdrawal: Application of Legislative Decree 206/95 from article 45 to 67
The consumer has the right within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal by registered letter with return receipt. That is, he can return the purchased good and obtain a refund of the relative purchase price.
The goods can be returned only through the following ways:
- The goods must be intact and without signs of use

- The return must be made in the original boxes
- After authorization to return, the goods must be sent to: G&B Music Lab, V.le Argonne 14, 27100, Pavia, PV
G&B Music Lab reserves the right to withhold the refund until receipt and control of the status of the returned products.
